Throwing My Weight Around
WW is today....that's about all I have to say.
Breakfast- Oatmeal w/ Splenda & Smart Balance, banana
Snack- Hard-boiled eggs, cheese stick
Lunch- Cobb Salad w/ vinaigrette, diet Coke.
Snack- Tangerine, cheese stick
Dinner- Chicken, fruit, green salad w/ vinaigrette
Exercise- “Exercise? What’s that?”
